There are several different websites that offer this service, and some of them are even multi-day training sessions. Sky Ting TV or Glo are two examples. Yoga Download is my personal favorite, because it allows me to filter the classes I want by style, instructor and level. The description on most yoga videos will let you choose whether you should take the class or not based on its length and intensity.

For those who are not local to the Yoga Loft, online classes are the perfect way to continue their practice without leaving the comfort of home. Online classes can be taken in addition live classes. You don't need a computer or smartphone to connect. However, your smartphone, tablet, and laptop can all be used. To sign up for live, virtual classes, visit the schedule page at minimum 10 minutes before the class begins. Then click on the link to "View Broadcast". On Demand classes can also be purchased online. However, you must pay for it online.

Practyce offers many styles and levels to yoga online. You can sort your classes by duration, difficulty, or intensity, and find the most appropriate videos according to your needs. You can even customize your classes by the different categories and instructors. These videos include clear instructions and are well-produced. Even though some classes may be more difficult than others, they are still an excellent option for both beginners as well as more experienced yogis.
